Hello. I am Kang Dae-hoon, the CEO of Seoul Dobong Socks Cooperative. Seoul's Dobong-gu has long been the heart of Korea's sock manufacturing industry. Our members have steadfastly maintained their craft, producing high-quality socks based on over 40 years of manufacturing history and artisan spirit. Seoul Dobong Socks Cooperative was established as a community centered on cooperation and mutual growth, going beyond individual enterprises to preserve and advance the experience and skills of our industry. Going forward, our cooperative will continue to uphold the values of manufacturing, fulfill our social responsibilities, and pave the way for our members and local community to grow together. About the Cooperative
Seoul Dobong Socks Cooperative is a cooperative established by sock manufacturing companies based in the Dobong-gu area, united in their shared vision. Our goal is the sustainable development of the sock manufacturing industry and building a mutual growth structure among our members. Dobong-gu is an important hub for domestic sock production, a region with longstanding manufacturing expertise and skilled workforce. Building on these regional assets, Seoul Dobong Socks Cooperative is driving strengthened manufacturing competitiveness, collective response, and a stable industrial ecosystem.

Founding Purpose
Seoul Dobong Socks Cooperative was established to overcome the limitations individual companies face in a rapidly changing industrial environment, and to jointly elevate the competitiveness and standing of the sock manufacturing industry. The cooperative builds a cooperation system based on trust among members, and strives to ensure that Dobong-gu's sock industry can continue for future generations through healthy competition and shared growth.
